CODE OF CONDUCT
Player’s Code of Conduct

I pledge to accept responsibility for my CIFA Internal Org soccer experience by following this Player’s Code of Conduct:

I will demonstrate fair play and good sportsmanship at all training sessions, games and tournaments. I will demonstrate fair play and good sportsmanship towards other players, coaches, officials, and parents.

I will attend every training session and game that I can, and I will notify my coach, in advance, if I cannot for any reason.

I will come to training ready to learn. I accept that it is MY responsibility to bring all needed equipment (cleats, water, shin guards, proper training gear and or uniform of the day), to all training sessions and matches.

I will do my best to listen, watch, and learn from my coaches.

I will treat other players, coaches, officials, and supporters with respect regardless of race, sex, or ability, and I will expect to be treated the same.

I deserve to have fun during my soccer experience and will alert my parents or coaches if it stops being fun.

I deserve to play in an environment that is safe, free from drugs, including tobacco and alcohol and will expect adults to refrain from their use at all practices and games.
-
I will encourage my parents to be involved with my team in some capacity because it is important to me.
-
I must remember that I am representing CIFA International Org and poor behavior at any time may result in loss of playing time, suspension and in some cases, expulsion from the team.

Parent’s Code of Conduct

I pledge to accept responsibility for my actions by following this CIFA International Org Parent’s Code of Conduct:

I will not be a sideline coach or referee.

I will provide positive reinforcement, care, and encouragement to my child and his/her teammates.

I will also refrain from making negative comments to my child or his/her teammates.
-
I will encourage fair play and good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, and officials at every training session, match, and or tournament.

I will place the emotional and physical well-being of my child and his/her teammates ahead of my desire to win.

If my child develops a behavior-related problem that repeatedly disrupts training and/or matches, I promise to work with my child’s coach to resolve the issue, whatever it may be.

I will support coaches and officials who instruct my child in order to encourage a positive and enjoyable experience for all.

I will not sit or stand on the coaches’ and players’ sideline during a match unless invited by the coach.

I will demand a soccer environment for my child that is free of drugs, including tobacco and alcohol, and will refrain from their use at all training sessions and or matches.

I will remember that the game is for my child and his/her teammates, not for the adults.

I will do my very best to make soccer fun for my child.

I promise to treat other parents, coaches, players, and officials with respect, regardless of race, sex, or ability.

I will remember that as a supporter, I represent CIFA International Org and that poor behavior during training, matches, or tournaments may result in expulsion from the soccer complex and that I must then wait inside or next to my car in the parking area for my son or daughter. Repeated incidents may result in expulsion from the club.

At any time during the current soccer seasons, if my child is invited to play with another soccer team in an indoor or outdoor event, I must notify my child’s CIFA International Org coach and get permission for my child to do so.

Coach’s Code of Conduct

I pledge to accept responsibility for my actions during my Dynamo coaching tenure by following this Coach’s Code of Conduct:

I will place the emotional and physical well-being of my players ahead of a personal desire to win.

I will provide a safe playing environment for my players.

I promise to review and practice basic first-aid principles needed to treat injuries to my players.

I will strive to keep abreast of current learning techniques and knowledge of the game. I will listen and learn from my players, their parents and other coaches.

I will do my best to organize training sessions that are fun and challenging for my players.
-
I will lead by example in demonstrating fair play and sportsmanship to all my players.

I will provide a soccer environment for my players that is free from drugs, including tobacco and alcohol, and I will refrain from their use at all training sessions and matches.

I will be knowledgeable of the laws of the game, and I will teach them to my players.
-
I will treat other coaches, players, officials, and parents with respect regardless of race, sex, religion, or ability, and I will expect to be treated accordingly.
